Intro

Ingredients:
- 1 big ripe banana
- 1/8 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- generous pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- a pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven at 180° C.
- In a bowl, mash the banana, add all the wet ingredients and mix till well combined.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add the chocolate chips and nuts.
- Pour the batter in a greased and lined mini loaf pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or till done.
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder or chocolate chips on top (optional).
- NOTE: Cool for an hour before slicing.
