Welcome to Crumbs For The Soul, a food blog where you will find allergy-friendly recipes. All of our recipes do not contain dairy and gluten, although some of them do contain eggs and nuts. We substitute ghee with coconut oil, milk with coconut milk, and wheat or maida with oat or almond flour, you get the idea.

While a number of the recipes have been developed by us in-house, some of them have been adapted from various blogs across the internet. We have, of course, credited them and shared the original links to the same.
